ING Services Poland supports companies around the world, that is why we require our employees to have at least a B2 level of proficiency in English. A second foreign language will be welcome.
How does the recruitment process at ING Services Polska look like?

If a candidate meets the requirements he or she will be invited to the next part of a recruitment process. The documents that were sent by candidates who have not retained for the next stage will be stored in a database and taken into consideration while commencement of a new recruitment procedure. Of course, candidate’s interests and profile will be taken into account. The next part is a job interview. It is divided into two parts. The first one is telephone screening, which means the verification of the information contained in the documents during a phone interview. After qualifying for the next stage, the candidate is invited to a face-to-face meeting, during which interesting areas for the company are discussed. Candidates who come to the meeting are asked to bring references from previous employers. Therefore, we encourage you to deliver such documents as soon as possible.
Does ISP use EU grants?
In 2012 ING Services Polska received a grant from the European Union. The grant of more than 12 million zł was allocated to the expansion of the IT Centre and for the Research and Development Centre. This subvention is connected with the creation of 156 new workplaces for specialists in the IT area.
